APPLICABLE LAWS
This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Quebec, and any applicable laws of Canada. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Convention, which shall remain in full force and effect.
